Eligible for Airpoints Dollars & Status Points accrual (may not apply to sectors not operated by Air New Zealand).

No accrual of frequent flyers miles/points with airline partners.

Cancellation

Before departure, a refund of the ticket with a fee of US $ 400 per adult and per child is allowed: children's passes are fully refundable, at any time. Once travel has commenced, the portion of the ticket used will have the price recalculated based on the one-way ticket and the residual, if any, may be refunded with a cancellation fee of US $ 400.

Note: fare fully refundable if either the passenger or a travelling companion is prevented from travelling because an official document, entry permit or visa is refused. Official written evidence must be provided and attached to the refund application.

For no-shows, a fee of $ 500 will be charged.

EXCEPTION: Tickets are fully refundable if canceled up to 24 hours after booking and if the reservation is made up to 7 days (168 hours) before boarding the first flight on the itinerary.

Baggage Allowance

For ticketed journeys that commence in Brazil - 2 pieces per person (excluding infants) up to 32kg (70lbs), applicable for the entire ticketed journey regardless of stopovers.

Excess baggage charges apply.

Changes/Restrictions

Economy:
$200 change fee per adult and child applies. Infant fares can be changed free of charge. Additional payment may also be required if the original fare is not available or applicable.

The change fee is waived if changing ticket to a Premium Economy or Business Premier fare of greater value than the original ticket.

Tickets are not transferable to another person.

Note: Where the cancellation and change conditions differ between the outbound and return journeys, then the most restrictive conditions will apply for the whole journey.
